Delivery Information


To return your product, you should contact us and mail your product to our address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

When will the order be shipped?

Under normal circumstances, all spot goods that are paid before 16:00 on the same day will be shipped on the same day, and those paid after 16:00 will be shipped the next day (except for special dates such as the Spring Festival).

How Much Duty And Tax Will I Have To Pay?

We’re unable to supply estimated duties and taxes as this information will vary by country. Please note that if you place an order online, you will be responsible for all duties, taxes and customs charges. If your order is then refused, you will still be responsible for charges incurred in shipping the package.
